Sample project Experience  summary : I served as the Project Manager for the implementation of a Salesforce CRM solution for a multinational retail client. The primary goal was to streamline customer relationship management and increase lead conversion by 20%, while reducing customer support response time by 30%. I initiated the project by gathering stakeholder requirements, defining the project charter, and establishing success criteria in collaboration with executive sponsors. During the planning phase, I developed a comprehensive project management plan covering scope, schedule, cost, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication. I led a cross-functional team of 15, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance personnel, and executed the project in Agile sprints. I facilitated sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos. Throughout the project, I monitored and controlled progress using Jira and MS Project, managed change requests through a formal change control process, and ensured quality by enforcing test protocols. Risks and issues were proactively identified and resolved in weekly governance meetings. Upon successful deployment, I conducted formal closure activities including lessons learned, final reporting, and transition to support teams. The project was completed on time and within budget, achieving a 25% improvement in lead conversion and a 35% reduction in customer service response time.
